The DIREKTION EU project has now selected the 10 winners for the DIREKTION Awards 2026

Thank you also to Milan Dubravac (President of CTIF International Association of Fire Services) for supporting the ceremony and bringing the responder perspective into this recognition process.The DIREKTION EU project has now selected the 10 winners for the DIREKTION Awards 2026.

CTIF has been a  global supporter on research and development, two CTIF projects were chosen for awards in 2025 and 2024. Read about them here:

The CTIF Commission for Exctrication and New Technology was also chosen as an award winner for testing the method developed by Cold Cut Systems together with the Swerdis Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), CTIF Sweden and the Swedish automotive industry.

The DIREKTION consortium is proud to present the winners of the 2nd DIREKTION Awards, recognising innovative near-to-deployment solutions addressing key capability gaps in disaster resilience and emergency response.

Following a highly competitive evaluation process, 10 solutions were selected among 47 applications received from across Europe.
