The Center for Fire Statistics working meeting took place in Pribyslav (Czech Republic) on June 13, 2025.
The special occasion was the significant and valued act of handing over a new book donation from CTIF
to the central CTIF library. CTIF, with its generous financial resources, made this invaluable contribution
possible.
The list of books handed over includes topics such as tactical signs of the fire brigade, decontamination
in fire brigade operations, thermal imaging cameras, physical and psychological stress in fire brigade
operations, technical assistance in car accidents, vegetation firefighting, alternative vehicle drives, drone
use in the fire brigade, industrial firefighting and more.
Preparations for the book donation for 2026 begin. We invite all CTIF member states and other
interested parties to actively participate by providing the coordinates of local booksellers, including
secondhand books, for this collaborative effort.
